A set of three specially-designed and crafted utensils to allow chefs to sip, stir and slice food Comfortably, efficiently and safely.

Scoopasure: The scoopasure is a spoon-like utensil featuring broad flattened sides and a long curved handle with a broad thumb grip to enable cooks to stir, sip or sample sauces, soups, stews and more.

Kurfork: The kurfork is a knife and fork combination to cut, slice and transport tidbits of cooking meats, pancakes or vegetables away from hot surfaces safely and conveniently. Works equally well in cutting or slicing cold foods.

Noodula: The Noodula combines a broad pasta fork with a scooping spatula to snare and twirl noodles to test for their “al dente-ness” or flip a potato pancake, crêpe, tortilla, chop or steak.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Nomenclature

SCOOPASURE Flat-bowled spoon with gently sloping edges to make sipping easier and less dangerous.

KUHFORK A knife blade forms the edge of one of the two prongs of a fork used for cutting and lifting.

NOODULA Pasta-gripping tines also serve as the drainage space for the flipping blade of a spatula.

SCOOPASURE  9¼ in [23.50cm] length with ½ in [1.27cm] arc from a 1⅝ in [1.59 cm] wide spoon bowl to a ⅞ in [2.22cm] thumb grip.

KUHFORK   9¼ in [23.50cm] length with ½ in [1.27cm] arc from ½ in [1.27cm] wide tines to a ⅞ in [2.22cm] thumb grip.

NOODULA  9¼ in [23.50cm] length with ½ in [1.27cm] arc from a 1⅝ in [1.59cm] wide spatula blade to a ⅞ in [2.22cm] thumb grip.

Materials

Tools for Tasting utensils are manufactured from polished stainless steel to an SAE 304 standard.  As an austenitic steel (lacking in magnetic qualities), it is an alloy of iron, carbon, chromium and nickel. As such, It is also less electrically and thermally conductive than carbon steel.
